RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
- Significantly not as described
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect item received
HOW TO RETURN
- Contact Us: Email support@keetscards.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Describe the Issue: Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the problem
- Wait for Approval: We'll review your request within 24-48 hours
- Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the item back in its original packaging
- Receive Refund: Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased at live Whatnot auctions (all sales final)
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items without original packaging
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email notifying you of approval or rejection. If approved:
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunded to original payment method
- Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless error on our part)
- Return shipping paid by customer (unless error on our part)
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your item arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and damage
- Contact us immediately at support@keetscards.com
- Keep all original packaging
- We'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund
EXCHANGES
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
